Can I change my registered email address or phone number?

No. For regualtory and security reasons, your email and phone number cannot be changed on an existing account.

Your phone number must match the same number used to deposit and withdraw funds.

If you need a different email or phone number, you must create a new account.

If we detect that the phone number used for payments is different from the one registered on the account, the account may be suspended.
