How to deposit with MoneyGo

 

Step 1: Fund Your MoneyGo Wallet

 

Before depositing on ZemiPlay, you must first fund your MoneyGo wallet.

How to deposit into MoneyGo:

 

1. Log in to your MoneyGo account.

2. Click on Transactions next to your XOF wallet.

3. Select Deposit.

4. Enter the amount you want to deposit.

   Minimum: 750 XOF.

5. Choose the available payment method.

6. An agent phone number will be provided to you.

7. Send the exact amount via Mobile Money to the provided number.

8. Once the transaction is confirmed, your MoneyGo wallet will be credited.

 

If the funds are not received, contact MoneyGo support.

Step 2: Deposit from MoneyGo to ZemiPlay

 

Once your MoneyGo wallet is funded:

 

1. Log in to your ZemiPlay account.

2. Click on Deposit.

3. Enter the amount you want to deposit.

4. Select MoneyGo XOF as your payment method.

5. Enter your MoneyGo wallet address.

6. Log in to MoneyGo to confirm the transaction.

7. Validate the payment.

 

The amount will be automatically credited to your ZemiPlay balance.
