Is it possible to have more than one account?
In general, players are expected to have one account only.
Each account is linked to one unique phone number, which is used for deposits and withdrawals.
Only one account per phone number is allowed.
If multiple accounts are created by mistake, this does not automatically result in restrictions.
However, only one account per phone number can be used for deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and promotions.
If multiple accounts are detected using the same phone number or payment details, ZemiPlay may request proof of ownership and reserves the right to limit accounts to a single active profile.
