Mondial Mega Tirage, Terms and Conditions

1. Event period and eligibility

  • The Mondial Mega Tirage runs from 11 June 2026 (00:00 WAT) to 19 July 2026 (23:59 WAT). Winners are announced on or around 20 July 2026; the exact date may shift slightly at our discretion.
  • Open to verified ZemiPlay players aged 18+, residing in Benin, Senegal or Côte d'Ivoire, with a XOF wallet on the platform.
  • One account per person. Multi-accounting will result in disqualification.

2. How tickets are earned

  • Minimum qualifying deposit: 5,000 XOF.
  • Every 5,000 XOF deposited during the event earns 1 ticket. Example: a 25,000 XOF deposit gives 5 tickets.
  • No cap on tickets per player.

3. Prize pool: 104 winners

  • 1 Grand Winner: iPhone 17
  • 10 winners: VIP TV Pass Premium (1 year, football live)
  • 3 winners: 150,000 XOF Casino Bonus
  • 10 winners: 20,000 XOF cash credited to website balance
  • 80 winners: 1,000 XOF (40 Casino Bonus + 40 Sport Freebet)

Minimum participation threshold: The iPhone 17 Grand Prize will only be awarded if at least 1,000 tickets are issued in total across all participants of this Mondial Mega Tirage. If this threshold is not reached, ZemiPlay reserves the right to carry the prize over to a future event or to replace it at its sole discretion.

4. Physical prize collection (iPhone 17 and VIP TV Pass)

  • Physical prizes are collected in person at our designated partner store in Cotonou, Benin. ZemiPlay does not ship physical prizes.
  • The winner must present a valid government-issued ID matching the verified account, plus the e-mail confirmation from our support team.
  • Pickup must be completed within 30 days of being notified, otherwise the prize is forfeited and reallocated to the next eligible winner.
  • Photo and video consent: by accepting the prize, the winner agrees to be photographed and/or filmed at pickup. These materials may be used by ZemiPlay for marketing. Refusal forfeits the prize.

5. Alternative compensation in mobile money

  • If a winner cannot physically collect the prize in Cotonou, ZemiPlay may offer a mobile money payout in place of the physical prize, at its sole discretion.
  • The mobile money alternative is fixed at 40% of the prize's stated retail value in XOF, paid to the verified mobile money number on the player's account.
  • Acceptance is final and waives any right to the original physical prize.

6. Cash and bonus prizes

  • 20,000 XOF cash prizes are credited to the winner's ZemiPlay website balance within 72 hours after the draw.
  • 150,000 XOF and 1,000 XOF Casino Bonuses follow the standard wagering rules: x35 wager, 30-day expiration.
  • Sport Freebets follow standard freebet rules.

7. Delivery timeline for physical prizes

  • Once winners are announced, fulfilment of physical prizes (iPhone 17, VIP TV Pass) may take up to two weeks or more, depending on stock availability, supplier lead times and local logistics.
  • Winners are notified by e-mail as soon as their prize is ready for pickup in Cotonou.
  • ZemiPlay is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, carriers, or any circumstances outside our reasonable control.
  • All dates published in this campaign (the draw, the announcement, and the pickup windows) are indicative and may be adjusted at our discretion.

8. Fraud, suspicious activity and disqualification

  • ZemiPlay reserves the right to cancel any winning, withhold any prize, and permanently ban any account where suspicious activity is detected. This includes multi-accounting, bonus abuse, payment fraud, identity manipulation, collusion, or any breach of the ZemiPlay general T&Cs.
  • If ZemiPlay determines, at its sole discretion, that a prize was awarded in error or is not appropriate, the prize may be cancelled and reallocated.

9. General

  • ZemiPlay may modify, suspend, postpone or cancel this event, or any of its details (dates, prizes, mechanics, pickup procedures), at any time for technical, legal, operational or commercial reasons. Any change will be published on this page.
  • We retain a reasonable response and error margin across all aspects of the campaign, including timing, prize specifications, and winner communication.
  • By participating you accept these terms and the general ZemiPlay Terms of Service.
