How to withdraw from my ZemiPlay account with Moneygo?

 

1. From the home page, click on your profile icon.

2. In the menu, click the Withdraw icon.

3. Enter the amount you want to withdraw from your available real balance, then click Continue.

4. Select MoneyGo XOF as the withdrawal method.

5. Enter your MoneyGo wallet address, then click Continue.

6. A confirmation message will appear once the withdrawal request is successful.

 

After checking your MoneyGo wallet, you will see the amount added to your balance.

 

HOW TO WITHDRAW FROM MY MONEYGO WALLET TO MY MOBILE MONEY ACCOUNT?

 

1. On your MoneyGo home page, click Transactions next to your XOF wallet.

2. In the menu, click Withdraw.

3. Enter the amount you want to withdraw, minimum 750 FCFA.

4. Select the payment method where you want to receive the funds.

5. Enter the Mobile Money phone number that will receive the payment.

6. Click Withdraw to confirm the request.

7. Close the window.

8. Once validated, the amount will be deducted from your MoneyGo wallet and the agent will credit your Mobile Money account within the expected timeframe.
