How can I clear my browser cache or cookies?

 

Google Chrome, Computer

 

1. Open Chrome

2. Click the three dots top right

3. Settings

4. Privacy and security

5. Clear browsing data

6. Choose a time range, select All time if you want a full reset

7. Tick Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files

8. Click Clear data

   Then close and reopen Chrome

 

Google Chrome, iPhone or Android

 

1. Open Chrome

2. Tap the three dots

3. History

4. Clear browsing data

5. Select Cookies, Site Data and Cached Images and Files

6. Tap Clear browsing data

 

Safari, iPhone or iPad

 

1. Open Settings

2. Safari

3. Clear History and Website Data

4. Confirm

   Then reopen Safari and try again

 

Safari, Mac

 

1. Open Safari

2. Safari menu, Settings or Preferences

3. Privacy

4. Manage Website Data

5. Remove All

   Optional, enable Develop menu, then Develop, Empty Caches

 

Opera, Computer

 

1. Open Opera

2. Click the Opera icon top left, then Settings

3. Privacy and security

4. Clear browsing data

5. Choose time range, select All time for full reset

6. Tick Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files

7. Click Clear data

   Then restart Opera
