I don’t have a Withdrawable Balance or I can’t withdraw, what should I do?

This is usually normal and it happens for two main reasons.

1. You have not played your deposit yet
   If you just deposited and you did not place any bets or play any games, your money will not appear as Withdrawable yet.
   To unlock withdrawals, you must play at least 1 time the amount you deposited.
   Example, you deposit 10,000 XOF, you must place bets or play games for a total of 10,000 XOF before you can withdraw.
2. You activated a bonus
   If you claimed a bonus, part of your balance may be locked until you finish the bonus rules.
   You have two options.
   Option A, cancel the bonus, if the bonus allows cancellation.
   Option B, complete the wagering requirements.

Typical wagering rules
Sports bonus, usually you must wager 3 times the bonus amount.
Casino bonus, usually you must wager 35 times the bonus amount.

Example
You get a 5,000 XOF bonus.
Sports, you normally need to wager 15,000 XOF total to unlock it.
Casino, you normally need to wager 175,000 XOF total to unlock it.
